Naturally cloudy, unfiltered, pale cellar beer
Hops: Tettnang hops (whole hop cones)

The cult beer from our brewery! With this we competed against the beer cartel in 1974 and thus launched one of the first unfiltered beers in Switzerland.
Flowery and fruity hop aroma, typical of Tettnang natural hops. The full-bodied character of this naturally cloudy beer is accompanied by a pleasant hop bitterness.

Ueli Weizen
Naturally cloudy, unfiltered wheat beer
Hops: Tettnang hops (whole hop cones)
Malt: Wheat malt, Pilsner malt, Munich malt
Yeast: top-fermented
Alcohol: 5.4% vol
Brewed since: 1977
The first Swiss wheat beer to be served by the glass, because between 1935 and 1991 the Swiss beer cartel banned top-fermented and unfiltered beers.
Classic wheat beer with a homogeneous cloudiness and a fruity bouquet reminiscent of banana and caramel. A fresh and sparkling drinking pleasure.

Ueli Robur
Naturtrüb, dunkles Bier
Hopfen: Tettnanger Hopfen (ganze Hopfendolden)
Malz: Münchner Malz, Caramalz, Röstmalz
Hefe: Untergärig

This beer was named after the Roman fortress of Robur, the remains of which can still be seen in our brewery today.
Fine roasted aromas of coffee, caramel and chocolate on the nose. A tasty, dark beer with a slight hop bitterness on the finish.

Ueli Lager light naturally cloudy
Unfiltered, light lager beer

Historical, naturally cloudy lager, which is only sold in our brewery restaurants and as a 15-liter party keg.
Malty and strawy bouquet with a mild hop note. The slight full-bodiedness is achieved through the addition of Munich malt.

Filtered, light special beer

The best-selling Ueli bottled beer. Popular because of its soft full-bodiedness, not obtrusive, but not undemanding either. A beer for all occasions!
Flowery and balanced hop aroma with a strawy note. Slightly more flavorful than a lager, with a subtle hoppy bitterness on the finish.

Ueli Basilisk

Even dragons and other mythical creatures are thirsty! Since the basilisk protects the city of Basel, we named the Ueli Amber after him.
The nose is dominated by a fine roasted aroma of caramel with a light note of sherry. A smooth amber beer with a medium body and a mild hoppy finish.

Ueli Old School Hops Cold IPA
Naturally cloudy, bottom-fermented IPA
Hopfen: Hallertau Tradition, Fuggles, Perle, Tettnanger, Northern Brewer
Malt: Pilsner malt, caramel malt
Yeast: bottom-fermented
Alcohol: 5.6% vol
Brewed since: 2021
A bottom-fermented IPA, which consists of five old hop varieties and is cold-tamped. Its recipe pays homage to the traditional hop varieties that have been cultivated for many years.
Complex aromas of dried fruit, dates, honey, tobacco and leather. Medium-bodied with a melty initial taste and a nice bitter note on the finish.

Ueli Stout
Naturally cloudy, stout

The classic stout pays homage to this dark beer style and shows that Kleinbasel sometimes doesn’t seem so far away from Dublin.

In collaboration with the Stadtmauerbrauer, we have brought the Kleinbasler Vagabund to life in spring 2023. A fragrant, hoppy lager with fine fruity notes, which are reflected in the drinkable and slightly tart finish.

Naturally cloudy beer, brewed with dates and emmer.

Brewed according to a 4500 year old Egyptian recipe with dates and emmer.
On the nose, the beer smells of biscuits, yellow fruits and fine date flavours. The full-bodied, velvety beer is characterised by its perfect balance and very slightly sweet finish.

The bock beer is brewed with dark malt, old hop varieties and the aromatic Herkules hops. As a strong winter beer, it is ideal as an accompaniment to hearty dishes or as a cognac substitute in front of the fireplace.
