Ueli x Brandhärd: Beats, Beers & Burgers

Tonight we’re celebrating a premiere: We’re tapping the first wooden barrel of the Ueli x Brandhärd Session IPA! To go with it, the guys from Brandhärd will be providing the finest beats from the DJ booth in the background all evening.

It all kicks off at 6:00 p.m. – and the best part: The first 20 liters are on the house! To go with the fresh Session IPA, we’ll be serving regional delicacies from the Ueli Brau-Bar kitchen and mixing our legendary Ueli beer cocktails.

Gather your friends and enjoy our Session IPA, limited to 80 liters. Our brewers will be there too and will be happy to answer any questions you have about how this special brew was made. First come, first serve!

Festbier Tapping Ceremony with Beni Huggel and the Männerstimmen Basel

Time? Thursday, November 26, 2026, from 6.15 p.m

Where? Fischerstube Brewery, Rheingasse, 4058 Basel

We’ll meet on November 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in front of the Hotel Merian. Together with Eva Matt, Christine Waelti, and Beni Huggel, we’ll kick off the Adväntsgass there. Afterward, we’ll stroll through Rheingasse to the Fischerstube Brewery – accompanied by music from the Männerstimmen Basel.

Around 6:15 p.m., Beni Huggel will take some time to answer a few questions before we tap the festival beer in the newly redesigned section of Rheingasse. For one hour, you’re cordially invited to enjoy some Festbier, and we’ll also be handing out 300 beer pretzels. Afterward, you’ll have the chance to explore Adväntsgass or round out the evening with a delicious meal at one of our brewery restaurants. A quick tip: Be sure to reserve a table early.

Ueli Fondue Restaurant from November 2026 to March 2027

Where? Ueli-Brau-Bar, Rheingasse 43, 4058 Basel

In the Ueli-Fonduestübli we serve different versions of the legendary Ueli beer fondue, which is produced by the well-known Basel cheese merchant Wirth. There is also the tasty Ueli-Bier-Treber bread, baked by Beschle on Claraplatz. The Ueli-Fonduestübli was designed this year again by the well-known Basel illustrator Hampé Wüthrich and offers authentic and unique Kleinbasel fondue fun for 32 people.

When making reservations, be sure to mention that fondue is required, as we only serve it in the Fonduestübli.
