If you are looking for a typical Basel restaurant, you cannot avoid the Fischerstube. Because it all started here in 1974, with Ueli Reverenz. A lot has happened since then. Although the history can still be felt today, you can expect a relaxed ambience with contemporary cuisine. From the dining room you can watch our brewers at work in the brewhouse or in the fermenting cellar while enjoying a cool draft Ueli beer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our historical Antoniterkeller is available for special occasions, in summer we also open our beer garden for you. And if you want to tap the tap yourself, you can simply order a 5 or 10 liter oak barrel before your visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to the Ueli Brau Bar.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Ueli-Brau-Bar combines the Kleinbasel spirit with the boldly practiced brewing culture in our establishments. Your converted guest room is decorated with elements from the Fischerstube brewery, which was founded in the neighboring building in 1974. Thanks to our heart, a 100 liter brewing system, we can regularly brew exclusive beers in small quantities. These end up freshly tapped on your table. In addition, we smell of the Ueli beer grain bread, which we produce in cooperation with the local bakery Beschle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fine meat and sausage specialities from the Jenzer butcher’s shop, the cheese selection from the local cheese pope Wirth or the legendary Brau-Bar Burger, also available as a veggie, go well with this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
